tgcloud Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "tgcloud", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the tgcloud platform, operated at https://tgcloud.win and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the tgcloud platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created through the tgcloud registration process.
• "Platform" means the tgcloud website, mobile-optimized interface, application programming interfaces, and any other technical means through which tgcloud services are delivered.
• "Games" refers to all gaming and wagering products offered on the tgcloud platform, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot machines, sports betting markets, e-sabong, bingo, and fishing arcade titles.
• "Real Money Balance" means the total of verified deposited funds in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to an active promotion.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing or using the tgcloud platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or receiving a bonus — you conclusively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tgcloud. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the tgcloud platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with tgcloud's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use the tgcloud platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout all periods of active use;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, court order, regulatory authority, or tgcloud's own exclusion programs;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a tgcloud employee accessing the platform for personal wagering purposes;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, entity, or organization when registering for or using a tgcloud Account;
• You have not previously had a tgcloud Account terminated for cause, including but not limited to fraud, abuse of promotions, or breach of these Terms.

tgcloud reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on the tgcloud platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts and permanent exclusion from the platform.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number (in +63 format), valid email address, and any additional information required for identity verification. tgcloud is not responsible for errors or losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

tgcloud is required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of all players before permitting real-money transactions. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license) along with proof of address and, in certain circumstances, proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tgcloud strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication via OTP. You must immediately notify tgcloud of any suspected unauthorized access to your Account. tgcloud will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you failed to safeguard your login credentials.

All deposits to and withdrawals from tgcloud Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). tgcloud accepts the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa debit/credit cards, and Mastercard debit/credit cards.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100;
• Deposits are credited to your tgcloud Account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds;
• tgcloud does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payment instruments issued in the name of a third party;
• All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name — third-party payments are prohibited;
• tgcloud does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

tgcloud is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. In accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA), tgcloud may conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions and is required to report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the Account holder.

Players may withdraw their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the same legal name as the tgcloud Account;
• Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed;
• tgcloud aims to process GCash withdrawal requests within approximately 15 minutes during normal operational periods; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day;
• tgcloud does not charge standard withdrawal processing fees; however, tgcloud reserves the right to pass on fees imposed by payment processors for unusual or expedited requests;
• tgcloud reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for security verification purposes in circumstances it deems reasonably necessary.

Attempted chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes filed with a payment provider in respect of a genuine tgcloud deposit will be treated as fraud. tgcloud will freeze the associated Account, forfeit all balances and pending winnings, and pursue recovery through applicable legal channels.

tgcloud may from time to time offer bonuses, free bet credits, promotional funds, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the qualifying criteria specified in the applicable promotion terms;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn as Real Money;
• The wagering requirement multiple and qualifying games will be specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• tgcloud reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players who attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse the tgcloud bonus system — including by creating multiple Accounts, using bots, or coordinating with other Players — will have all Bonus Funds forfeited and their Accounts permanently closed;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

All games offered on the tgcloud platform are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

All tgcloud casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The integrity of game outcomes is independently audited by qualified third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or disconnection that materially affects the integrity of a wager or game outcome, tgcloud reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. tgcloud's determination of the appropriate remedy in such circumstances is final and binding.

Minimum and maximum wager limits applicable to each game type are displayed within the game interface. tgcloud may adjust these limits at any time. Placing wagers in excess of displayed limits may result in those wagers being voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tgcloud platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any mechanical or artificial means to interact with the tgcloud platform or its games;
• Colluding with other Players, sharing accounts, or exploiting cooperative play to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment instruments, identity fraud, or submission of falsified identity documents;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, vulnerabilities, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage;
• Registering multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal information;
• Systematically withdrawing deposit bonuses without genuine gaming intent (referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse");
• Conducting any financial transactions through the tgcloud platform for purposes other than genuine gaming participation;
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the tgcloud platform's security systems, servers, or infrastructure.

tgcloud is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming conditions form part of this agreement and are mandatory for all Account holders:

• tgcloud provides deposit limit, session time alert, cool-off period, and self-exclusion tools — all accessible directly from the Account dashboard;
• Players who set deposit limits or activate self-exclusion via their Account settings will have those restrictions applied immediately and enforced strictly;
• Any Player who self-excludes may not access the tgcloud platform during the exclusion period, including through a new Account or any other means;
• tgcloud's 24/7 support team can assist with the immediate application of responsible gaming restrictions upon request;
• tgcloud reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where there is reasonable concern about a Player's gaming behavior, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.

All content on the tgcloud platform — including but not limited to the tgcloud brand name, logo, website design, software interfaces, game graphics, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of tgcloud or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tgcloud platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any tgcloud content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any tgcloud software;
• Use tgcloud's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by tgcloud.

Any unauthorized use of tgcloud's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

tgcloud collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines). By creating an Account, you consent to tgcloud's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tgcloud will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. tgcloud may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies as required by law or necessary to provide and protect the tgcloud service.

The tgcloud platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tgcloud expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

tgcloud does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Results obtained from the platform will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations;
• Defects in the platform will be corrected within any particular timeframe.

Gambling involves financial risk. Past game results do not predict future outcomes. tgcloud strongly encourages all Players to wager only funds they can afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tgcloud's aggregate total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the tgcloud platform, or any game shall be limited to the real-money balance held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

tgcloud shall not be liable, under any legal theory, for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from the Player's own failure to safeguard their Account credentials;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or force majeure events.

Nothing in this section shall limit tgcloud's liability for death or personal injury caused by tgcloud's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

tgcloud may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account with immediate effect, without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any actual or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Any actual or suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• A regulatory instruction, court order, or direction from a competent Philippine authority;
• A determination that the Player does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility requirements in Section 3.

A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting tgcloud support. Upon Account closure, tgcloud will process a withdrawal of the Player's Real Money Balance to their verified payment method, subject to pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds and any outstanding verification requirements.

Termination for cause may result in the forfeiture of Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds where tgcloud determines that the funds are directly connected to the prohibited conduct.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach thereof, shall first be submitted to tgcloud's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. tgcloud will respond to all formally submitted disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through tgcloud's internal process, it may be submitted for final resolution to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, or to any regulatory body with applicable oversight authority, including PAGCOR.

tgcloud reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tgcloud will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account, or by prominent notice on the tgcloud platform.

Continued use of the tgcloud platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions, with its effective date, is always available at tgcloud.win/terms-conditions.
